你要是想一直那么 nice, 可以房子交给 rental property
management company. 人家有的是办法对付这种房客。 :)
当然了，你要损失一点儿钱。 不过这也比打官司好。

你犯的错误就是允许他们拖欠房租。 否则你可以 give 3 day
notice and evict them both.
