Law Sue is about the damage and compensation. Criminal Case is normally related to body damage, property damage and punish by finds and jail time.
Civil case is all about money.

The truth is that China does not necessary has the best reputation, and there are not much left to be damaged. China did not handle the Tibet the right way (acceptable by western world). So 70-30 China does not have a decisive win.

Talking about law suite is childish and should be stopped.
