谢lz。我的问题是生产在２００８年，新的保险仍然要求按２０％付。就算去年我没有follow 他们的rule，我觉得我的生产费用不应该有penaty.因为其他的medical treatment only pay 10%.

Based on the law,"Pregnancy-related expenses should be reimbursed exactly as those incurred for other medical conditions, whether payment is on a fixed basis or a percentage of reasonable-and-customary-charge basis."



我觉得我最多应该支付１０％，而不是２０％。请问各位我对这一点的理解对吗？
