那叫 california stop.

The act of not completely stopping at a stop sign or a right hand turn, but rather 'rolling' through it by slowing down some.

我也是10几年没有拿过TICKET. 前些日子，因california stop
拿了个TICKET。交了罚款（近200刀），没有去法庭。
