Can I sue my husband?

I recently found out that my hu*****and forged my signature on my credit card checks and cashed them at those financial services such as moneytree. The credit card company says I have to cooperate with them and press charges if I want my money back. Although we both know that our marraige is dead, I've never expected that he would do such terrible things to me. I live in WA, a community property state. I was wondering whether it is possible to sue him when we are still married. Thank you for your help.
