your insurance company. I just did 1 month ago and got back the unreasonable charge. My experience was same as you. They charged me $35 for gum check without asking me. I was so angry. There are a lot of places you can 投诉, but go to insurance network that will be the fastest to get your money back. I encourage everyone to be careful because some of Dr. are not honest. They just want money so badly.
