请问斑主有关Schedules A第7项问题

Instructions for Schedules A&B 对Schedules A中第7项personal property taxes 的说明有这段解释"You paid a yearly fee for the registration of your car." 本人不理解是什么意思,难道可以填$36.00 (一部车)?车辆年注册费不应该是税啊?
