我买房，找了个buyer agent 在list 上找了个bank own house给了offer 后来就 under contract, 按照合同应该于2月25日过户settlement. 因为the owner cannot provide the deed so they requested to make the settlement extended to 2月 29日，后还是没有deed不能过户，我们已经和原apartment 解除了合同必须于3月2日搬出去， 现在我们无家可归了，we are in the motel now. The buyer agent 威胁说我们要签个extension so we can be under contract. 我们就签了个extending agreement the owner also signed on it.
