I just checked the sheet they left to me. I think it is called "Victim information and invocation of rights forms". On this sheet, they list right for me as a victim and my information including Name, Address and place of employment and the information of defendant like name, type of offense, case # and home phone # and Prosecuting attorney. But no attorney was assined to this case on the form. No information about Date of Birth and SSN. And my wife has no social security #. I refused to sign it, so one police sign his name there. There are four copies, I kept two, one for district attorney and the other for law enforcement. This is the information I got so far. Thanks again!
