I heard that only green card holder can set up a company? Do you know where I can find related article?
Thanks so much for your information. I am still worrying about it becuase I used to have a classmate who did computer business on ebay( sell computer) and was found out by IRS sent back to China.BTW, when he registerd on ebay, he used his school's email address.
