I'm sure about it. If you want to divorce, I'm certain the baby would belong to you, even you take the back back to China, you'll regret in not farther future.
Your case I think most because your problem. IN USA, it's not easy for chinese, esp.for those new comer. But it would become better. Your hu*****and is not easy, don't always thinking about you don't have a job for years.
You need to take a lesson then you will understand.
