Thank you! I have disability insurance but I won't use it unless I absolutely have to. I don't want to be a loafer. My disability didn't affect my performance or evaluation until this new boss claims so. I don't know if it has something to do with he has a Japanese wife. During one casual chatting when we just transferred, he mentioned that he has a japanese wife and he knows japanese and Chinese don't like each other. But again, just between two of us, no hard evidence.
