关于开店

前几个月我本来想开个小店,已经申请了ASSUME NAME, SALES TAX NUMBER, 报税的号码,可是店铺问题没有谈好,所以小店开不成..请问我需要FILE Notice of Dissolution of Business Under Assumed Name or Copartnership ..吗???如果不FILE.以后会有什么麻烦吗??谢谢大家.
