Thank you, lawsail2004! But the plaintiff sued me because the plaintiff had a hard communication with my friend. Could I have a chance to escape from the plaintiff? The plaintiff did not tell court I signed the release form for deposit. The plaintiff wants his lost from my side only. Could I sue him back because he intended to mislead communication in front of judge? Could I say he was lying? Again, Thank you very much.
