I had a smog test appointment on April 26, 2004 at Roe*****ery Car Care, 2400 San Ramon Valley Blvd., San Ramon, California. I was late. Mr. Justin Spitzer called me and I rushed to the station. While we were working on the paperwork, a lady came in, who was 30 minutes behind her appointment too. Nevertheless, the technician worked on that lady's car first. I waited there, and I was the only one waiting.
