Please help me get my kid back

I have been seperated with my hu*****and for 2 years. He is now in China with my daughter. They left the states about 20 months ago. Now we are talking about divorce. How can I get my kid back with me? How can we simplify our divorce procedure? Anybody who knows this kind of information please give me a hand, I really appreciate it. We were married in China and my daughter was born in China, she is six now. Thank you very much!!!
