it says that the charge exceed the ensurance allowed. Since the hospital is in its network, you are not responsible for the exceeded charge. You own the hospital nothing. So I did not pay the charge. Should I call the lawyer to explain it or not? I do not feel like to call the lawyer. But I do not know what kind damage can the lawyer do?
