thanks. I still have time(hearding date: 11/13/07). I talked with US attorney (representative defendant of USCIS/FBI), he said he will try to push USCIS/FBI to solve the case before hearing, neither he want to hearing. I will wait a couple weeks, do some research before that. thanks your suggestions anyway
