I went to jail before, at my

greencard interview, the officer asked " Have you been arrested?" I said yes and I explained why, she found the record on the computer too. She said: " I have to talk to my supervisor, and will come back." She explained to her supervisor and asked her supervisor suggestion, they said " OK, let her pass." My greencard granted.

My charge is misdemeanor and I still have three years probation at that time, but sometimes things are flexible.
