签了买店的agreement,lease,franchise

agreement,and paid all the money, but after trainig, we want get out of the deal, believe it won't make money and the condition of the store not satisfy us. and although we signed the paper, fanchisor has not signed yet, how can we get our money back? they said it took 6 months to pay us back, after the store be sold, we feel so bad. can anyone has any ideas? please tell. thanks.
