How do you know if the miscarriage absolutely has nothing to do with the car accident? Bleeding is very common in early stage of pregnancy, it doesn’t necessarily mean miscarriage.

Personally I hate those idiot drivers who make damage to other people’s health and cars but do not ever want to take any responsibility. Those people should be damned, and their driver license should be suspended.
