No, my hu*****and didn't get an EOB before he had the teeth cleaned. He and I used different insurances. Since I had my teeth deep-cleaned before, I thought his quote from the clinic looks reasonable.

After we got the bill, we checked his EOB, and found that insurance won't pay the amount that clinic "estimated" that they would pay. Apparently, the quote was based on some other plan but not my hu*****and's insurance plan.
