Talk with insurance company is not a happy thing

Last time, the rear bump of my car was hit. Body shop estimated the fee is from $550 to $600. However, insurance company only pay me $510 sth. I talked with them, they said that is their estimated price. Just told body shop accepted or not. If they don't accept it, let body shop call them directly. But if I keep the money, that is the only amount I can get.
