they said that the other unit has a smaller lawn in their backyard, so he asked/they offered the other unit more on the side lawn. But I don't think it is a reasonable excuse for taking what belongs to me away. my other neibough has a even bigger back yard, that doesn't mean I can take some of their lawn. I paid more for the house due to the big yard.
