Didn't cop arrest you?

In my state, if you refuse to sign the ticket, you will be
arrested immediately. One of my friends did experience
this kind of bad thing.

As to going to the court, what stp said is right, you will
hardly lose unless the cop can show the tape, because you
have a witness.
