Lao Mao Please help on the child support question

Hi, Lao mao,
Please provide your expertise help on the complicated case of child support. There is a child support court order from the different county in CA. When the judge calculate the other child support fee for the other child from the other relationship,will the court order money from the other county count? I mean should that money be dedcuted as hardship? The first child (already got the court order) was born after the second (the case is still pending). Is any law on the issue? Thanks a lot and appreciate your help.
