incident this afternoon

Hi:
I am software engineer work in a start up company.

I've been doing walk after lunch with a Indian guy for 2-3 times. I don't like him very much, but he asked me to walk with him and he is a kind of superior than me for work.

During the first walk, he frequently did some unwanted touch on hand, then during the last walk which is today, he said I was walking too slow, he put his hand on my waist and also try to grab my arm to walk faster, I was not so happy about that, he use some strength when he grabs me, my skin became a little bit red, then I told him no touching, he stopped.

Do you think this is a sexual harassment case?
