Different opinion...

I think in some states, the spouse is entitled to at least 50% of the property accumulated during marriage of the other party. Not sure about the property before marriage. Depends on how rich/poor each party is, leaving all assests to children may be challenged in court. I think a lawyer should be consulted in this case.
