In fact, a piece of almost 2cm fishbone was taken out on my 2nd visit to ER. Although many people think i have a case to sue, I want to make sure if it is worth it to go through the law suit process. Right now I am waiting to see how the hospital will handle this issue. I am not sure if it will cause any disadvantage for me if i postpone.
