求助：关于 file warning

公司的hr给我发了一个 file warning 的文件， 上面只有negative部分(公司认为我做错的地方）而没有我为自己辩解的部分。结尾说I acknowlege this receipt of notice and understanding the warning.
我需要在文件上签字。 我是否应该要求hr更改部分内容，如果我不太认同的话。另外，如果我照原文签字，会对我的将来有什麽不好的影响吗？
