How to deal with hospital

I am dealing with my hospital bill about how they overtreated me during my last visit.
I was not supposed to put in the ICU(DeHuBingFang) for 20 hours, they charged me $6000 for this unnecessary service, How can I argue with them to remove this bill, my insurance already paid most of it? I need to pay around 1100. Thanks.
