Asking H-1B_tax and stp again

Hi H-1B_tax and stp, thank you very much for your kind reply to my previous questions.

Now I decide to file my tax return as "married jointly", using the strategies you introduced. My daughter was with my wife in China last year. Can I claim my daughter as a dependent for tax purpose in this situation?
