Thank you, orgirl: Where do I get the "Ready to sue" Letter? EEOC asked me once what I wanted to do, they did mention that it was a hard case and I was not sure what I was going to do. My company has one of the best employment lawyer in the country. I know I have been discriminated and retaliated and I know it isn't a easy case.
