help needed about divorce?

I have a friend who has some problems with her marriage. Her hu*****and in china has other woman and takes their daughter in China.

Right now my friend wants to get her daughter with her. The little girl is about 9 years old.

How much the possibilty does my friend have to get her daughter with her?
