Tax help: which form?

My hu*****and is a H1b employee. I have been a F1 student since I came to US. We were both in US for the whole year 2003. We wanna file the tax return jointly.

How can I claim the $5,000 treaty (on 1042-S form) on federal form 1040? Aslo I have two other 1042-S forms from my university, how can I put them in the form 1040?
