how bad it is for a care giver not taking good care of a baby, who cannot feed themselves, move around and speak for themselves!!! I think when baby/child is involved, one should always err on the safe side. (Did you hear the case that the mom was drunk and two of her 3 kids were dead of hunger? All we need is a nosey neighbor!!!)
