STP, please help with the tax question about stock

I made a few trade last year, not much gain and still hold several stocks.
in the form 1099 B, they list the
2. Stock, bond, etc reported to IRS
5. No of share exchanged
then everything else is 0.00(profit or loss realized in 2006, etc).

how to file the tax form? should I fill Schedule D?
