Thank you so much for the great suggestion. I hope I can have something to show them I am the wrong person. But I just don't know what that attorney had against me. If the owner of that carry-out were using my ID to open that business, it will be more difficult for me to prove that I have nothing to do with that business. Do you know if they need SSN to apply for a carry-out license? I will try to contact the small business registration office to see if I can find more about that owner.
