For the months of September 2006 and January 2007, provide:
1. The rates per the Excel spreadsheet.
2. An Oracle screenshot showing the rates that were actually entered (do not need, if this is the same as #5 below).
3. The Federal Reserve and Yahoo! Rates printouts that were used to verify the uploaded rates.
4. Evidence that the uploaded rates were compared to the Federal Reserve and Yahoo! Rates by two independent persons.
5. The printout of the Oracle database output to the upload spreadsheet signed by the Treasury Analyst indicating that the rates in Oracle were compared to the upload spreadsheet.
