It's not just because of 'Chinese'. It's more because of MCI. Long time back, I got phone call from MCI and it was an American lady. She promised some cheaper deals. But, later I found out that she didn't mention some other charges which made the whole deal more expensive. I immidiately switch back to my original phone company, and have never accepted any deal from MCI since then no matter the caller is American or Chinese.
