If I breach this agreement and it becomes necessary to employ an attorney or collection agency to collect commissions or other moneys owing to the Agency or otherwise enforce this agreement. I agree to pay the attorney fees set by the court and any cost incurred by the Agency"

这个好像是针对 commissions 的， 不是针对取消协议的。

请问怎么办？
