Can TN visa directly change to Green card ?

Can you give help? Thank you.

(1)Is it possible for TN visa holder to directly apply for Green card?
(2)If (1) is yes, at least, how long is necessary for TN visa holder to work in US?
(3)If (1) is yes, how long generally will the application procedure take?
