So professional,hehe. The lesson I learned is when you sign a contract, read the terms and conditions carefully. but how can I know so many regulations? My God.

The long distance function was not activated when I got my cell phone. And i believed that my plan did have that function. But someone told me that cingular would automatically activate your function after you used the plan 3 months later. I think if cingular resumed the long distance dialling function, the company should inform me.
