Sorry to hear your story, I think you should contact school and tell the principal the story.That teacher should be fired! I dont think it is discrimination.

When my kid was 3 in kindergarten, he just came from beijing, he couldnt speak english at all. At his first day, he cried and a black teacher tried to stop him running out of the door, he bit her. I was called by school and asked to keep him at home for a week. When he was back to kindergarten, he got a deep scratch on next to his eye by that teacher's son! What a coincident I thought that time.

Well, it is still a scar...
