"我毕业后就与丈夫（美国公民）结婚了，现在已有半年，已申办了临时绿卡，准备要孩子，所以在家没上班。
可他总是酗酒（每天都喝得烂醉，把酒给他藏起来，他就发怒的吓人），劝说哀求全无效，实在让人灰心。
我的眼泪流干了，准备跟他离婚了，不想耽误一辈子。

请问，大家又没有人知道，我离婚了，如何保持身份呢？我原来是学生，有美国学历，但是目前没上班。
