2003 owed payroll received in 2007, how to pay tax?

Dear All,

My former employer just gave me a check for my 2003 owed payroll when I was during my OPT. They didnt withhold any tax, I am wondering about Social Security tax and medicare tax, because I know I dont need pay SST and Medicare tax when I was in opt, but I am not very sure about this because I just got it in 2007. Any advice would be appreciate!
