w2 and 2 taxes return

I already received my w2 form from previous employer, I am J1 visa holder, this w2 form already indicate the federal tax and state tax amount.

my question:
just mail this W2 to IRS directly , for returning the 2 item of taxes, any other documnets together, as now I work for another employer, in different state.
