help H1b to F1

holding H1b, wish to switch to F1 next year:

1. switch to F2 first, then swith to F1.
2. enrolled in a community college as F1, then transfert to another university.
3. apply for green card, then swith to F1.

Which one is better?

If someboby has a similar experience, please give me some sugguestion. Your help is very preciated.
