Tax Question for First year H1

I transfered from J1 to H1 at the end of Feb, which tax form I need to fill? 1040NR or 1040? What's the different?

My J1 have 3 years. I come from May, 2000. Do I need to pay all tax of 2003? Or I need to pay from May 2003?
