You need to stop by the General Consulate in Beijing.

It is NOT difficult. American citizen service abroad is very good, believe it or not, at the consulates. Just go there next time you are in Beijing. No DNA test is required. Read my post for you.

You son your daughter, no matter where they are born, they are US citizens.
